Personal Training Sessions (NO membership needed to have PT sessions at my gym) The sessions are specifically designed for you to meet your needs. We use a variety of fun & effective training approaches tailored to your goals. Sessions are 1 hour & take place at Synergy Health & Performance - www.synergychester.co.uk (Home visit PT sessions can be arranged on request with additional cost for travel time)
Partnered Personal Training These sessions are ideal for couples or mates with similar training goals who want to share the cost, and the experience of personal training. With block bookings you will both be given your own training and nutrition plan that fits into your lifestyle. Having that extra person to share in your achievements and help you through the tougher times proves to be an effective and motivating way to train.
Sport Team Private S&C Session I put together tailored strength & conditioning sessions specific to your sport that improves to athletic performance. I incorporate injury prevention work and ensure the athletes understand the movements/exercises they need to work on in and out of sessions.
Package Bookings You will be written a detailed exercise & nutrition program alongside your contact sessions. Included in your program will be workouts for you to do in between sessions, tailored for you and your goals. We will set you short & long term goals, each week we will monitor your progress to ensure you are on track to achieve them and make any adjustments required.
Tailored Fitness Program & 4 Week Mentor Support I will take a detailed account of your current lifestyle, exercise experience, preferences & goals. I will design a fitness & nutrition program tailored to your goals and lifestyle that provides you with optimal results. Your nutrition plan will be support your training program, daily routine and dietary requirements/preferences. As you progress, alterations WILL be made to your program to ensure you are always achieving optimal results.
Continuous Program Support & Assistance Online support provides accountability for your weekly targets / scheduled progress checks, encouragement, motivation, advice and a question & answer service. Support will be available via email, PC video call, phone/text and private Facebook messenger.
Synergy Health & Performance Alongside my personal training business I own a fitness/health company called Synergy Health & Performance. We bring together all aspects of healthy living & training into one complete package. The Synergy Health & Performance facility is located in Hoole, Chester.
